Official letter 10500/CCTKV.XVI-QLDN1 instruction for issuing invoices with detailed lists:

In case the Company's business activities generate invoices for many transportation trips, if it meets the conditions specified in Point a.3, Clause 7, Article 1 of Decree 70/2025/ND-CP mentioned above, the Company is allowed to use the list attached to the invoice according to the provisions of law.
